If one person Howitzers an enemy into a board laser, does the board laser damage it?

This came up a while back: people played both ways, but the general consensus was that since board and bot lasers fire simultaneously, the board laser has already fired by the time the targeted robot is thrown into the square, and thus it does not hit the howitzered robot.
