Results-

Game1- Frog (allies) vs. Sqiurecam (Axis)

A weird game that saw the U.S. dominate the Pacific with three IC’s, collecting over 60 IPC’s, Japan sits on their island. Germany eliminates Russia and collects over 60 IPC’s, UK sits on their island.
In a weird turn of events, one German transport sneaks to the Eastern USA winning the game.

AXIS VICTORY

Game2- V-Disc (Allies) vs. Jayhurst (Axis)

In a sea-saw battle, almost conceded several times, The German Juggernaut uses the Mediterranean fleet as a staging area to move on Russia and Africa.
The Allied bombing raids kept them in the game for quite a while as IPC’s were regularly drained from the German war machine.

AXIS VICTORY

Game 3- Squirecam & Frog (Allies) vs. V-disc & Jayhurst (AXIS)

After 4 rounds of allied domination of a combined British and American Fleet outside Japan’s door, and a Red domination in Eastern Europe (USSR collected over 40 IPC’s twice) Another weird ending.
DeJaVu, a lone German transport and one tank captures Eastern USA. I know it sounds impossible to happen once, let alone twice in one day. I blame everyone but me.

If anyone else is comming to Toledo, we will set up more games just make a post.

...Just so everyone knows, that 3rd game of the day was an Axis victory then, wasn't it?... ;-))

In Frog's defense... that 2nd capture of the Eastern USA happened after 11 hours of no-break, hard core A&A playing...We'll just chalk that one up to fatigue...

I'd like to thank all of you who made my trip to Findlay Ohio alot more fun than it would have been. I enjoyed meeting and gaming with all of you.

Basically, start planning that trip to Vegas...

I would LOVE to go to Las Vegas... Someday, perhaps...

Enjoyed the 2 days of hardcore, solid gaming with you. I learned alot, altho we still don't see eye to eye on what to do with the russians... lol

Gencon is still 50-50. If I do go, however, I'm prepared for a rematch :-)
