The malestrom marker, i thought it wasnt anything and threw it out! it looks like nothing and was easily thought of as garbage unless u look at instruction booklet first, so instead i am using the inner circle from the epoch marker.

i just wish malestrom marker was more noticable.

I absolutely feel your pain- I did the exact same thing! Now I, too, am forced to use the inner circle of the epoch marker. Would it have been that much trouble to label the thing on the blank cardboard around it? Grrrr  .

Thanks for the "heads up" guys...I should get mine tommorrow!~ ;)

Besides that minor prob: How is the game over all? Just as good as Risk:2210?

(I have heard mixed reviews)

it's split I think. I personally prefer Risk 2210 a lot more but I know many people who prefer godstorm. One thing I have noticed is the length. Godstorm takes longer to complete than 2210, mainly because of the underworld... but maybe it's just my games. My friends who loves classic Risk also prefer 2210 more the first time they played it over Godstorm.

I like it better than 2210. The underworld gets a little crowded, but control of is a game breaker at times. Get the god of death out and watch you opponent squirm. The time seems longer, but I feel that is because I'm playing a new game, thus till taking my time with the cards and decisions. Sure there are small thing I wish were different All in all it is very cool.

Amazingly my little sister pointed out when i opened the box to keep the malestrom thing. I thought i pitched it, but lo and behold i actually found it in the bottom of the box! BTW i like both 2210 and Godstorm about equal- both are fun in their own ways. The cards, imho, in Godstorm are far better, but i miss the water territories. Enjoy!
