I am not sure where to post this. However, I recently bought 2 booster cases of WAS to get into this game. Out of 24 boosters, I had two errors in the figures and contents. One is that I did not receive a figure and the other had a different card and figure.
Does anyone know who I can contact to get this corrected? Overall the figures and cards matched up.
On a sidenote, the downside of my pulls was distrubing. Basically, both cases had the exact rares and almost the exact commons/uncommons. I was bummed out with this.

A little unfortunate that I bought 3 booster opened first got the rodney and the hood and as I was collecting British more then happy, the next 2 boosters were very poor for me nearly all US/Japanese commons and uncommon but unfortunately that is how it goes swapped them at local club and now have a good selection.
Sometime lucky some time not, suppose u can swap or or trade or sell your duplicate if u have people near by. Or sell them to friend cheap so they get a good deal and get into the game thats how I got a few friends involved, by selling stuff I have X3 or 4 so they bought booster after ward and gave me new opponents and new people o trade with
Hope it does not put u off what is an excellent games and is also relatively cheap. try looking to see what people have to trade on the forums u might find what u want

From what many of us have experienced it appears there are just a few 'fixed' case randomizations. If you get two cases that are the same "randomization set" you will get identical stuff. Some people are making sure the cases have sequential serial numbers to try to avoid that. I don't know how many different case 'randomization' sets there are. But evidently not enough because this seems to happen to a lot.

I've always heard, and have done so myself. Go to Hasbro.com and click on customer service. They will send you replacements/fixes.

yeah I had problems with mini's matching cards in my very first booster, just sent in an e-mail, had the correct cards within a week, customer service was really helpful
