In a typical Risk game, the basic strategy was 1 man per territory, mass at the borders. In Risk: Godstorm, many of the devastating miracles happen only to territories that contain 1 man.
Is the mass-at-the-border, two-men-everywhere-else strategy a better way to go with Godstorm? I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to make sense, and
can provide some level of protection against those deadly miracle cards.
