BMW R75 Question

The card is for a BMW R75 Motorcycle, there is no mention of the trooper riding it. A motorcycle is a kind of 'conveyance' or Vehicle, why is the unit listed as 'Infantry - Motorcycle.'?

As a Motorcycle, a vehicle that runs on gasoline, should it NOT logically be affected by Fuel Depots even though Fuel Depots only affect 'Vehicle' unit types?

Although no soldier is sculpted on the motorcycle, the card represents the motorcycles and their operators, the same as open-backed vehicles and jeeps.

As to Fuel Depots -- don't try to apply real-world what-ifs to the rules. The rules are what they are, as written. You're free to modify them as you see fit, of course, but if you want to play strictly by the book, don't 'interpret' based on how you picture things happening. Follow the letter of the rules -- no more, no less.
