I think I already know the answer to this, but I just want confirmation:

Step Four on the Epoch chart is the Play Miracle Cards step of the turn. With the obvious exception of cards that say "Play Immediately" and "Play When Attacked", etc., do cards that state "Play on Your Turn" have to all be played during Step Four?

The only exception I can think of is if ANOTHER card directs you to play it immediately instead, ala Pandora's Box. That card gets played technically BEFORE any phase. So don't go countin those bonus armies out, YET... you might just be losing it thanks to the BOX! :P
