1.) Can enemy units move into your base sea zone (aka New Caledonia and Rabaul)

2.) Can fighters/bombers fly over the --Ø-- zone lines or do those just block sea movement?

3.) Can an artillery unit fire into a sea zone AND participate in the land combat all in the same turn?

4.) Does a Battleship or Cruiser add it's land attack value to ALL islands it is adjacent to for purposes of figuring out who controls the island at the end of the turn?

5.) I'm kinda confused about subs...maybe.. Is this basically a non-battle box roll? AKA...pick a target.. a 1 or 2 is a hit. 1 means blown up, 2 means blown up unless it's a cruiser/destroyer/battleship. Or does the battlebox Slot 1 = Destroyer matter?

Also will a battleship that "takes its 1 hit" remain on its side with only 1 hit remaining for the rest of the turn after a submarine hit strike?

6.) If I have 5 subs in a zone. Do I pick all the targets before rolling? Or do I pick-roll-pick-roll-pick-roll..etc..?

That's it for now. Love the production value of the game.. sucks that the US/*** cruiser pieces seem to have been swapped though :(

Yes.

I think they block air movement also, but I'm not sure. Maybe Nate will clarify this?

3.) Can an artillery unit fire into a sea zone AND participate in the land combat all in the same turn?
Yes, but only one sea zone.

4.) Does a Battleship or Cruiser add it's land attack value to ALL islands it is adjacent to for purposes of figuring out who controls the island at the end of the turn?
Yes.

The only thing that matters is the number on the first die in the box. Apply the result normally, except ignore the unit type on the slot and apply it to the target that you chose for the attack.

Also will a battleship that "takes its 1 hit" remain on its side with only 1 hit remaining for the rest of the turn after a submarine hit strike?
Yes.

6.) If I have 5 subs in a zone. Do I pick all the targets before rolling? Or do I pick-roll-pick-roll-pick-roll..etc..?
You move and/or attack with one sub and resolve the attack, then repeat.

That's it for now. Love the production value of the game.. sucks that the US/*** cruiser pieces seem to have been swapped though :(
I'm glad you're enjoying it! You can always write customer service for replacement cruisers.

Battleships ignore the first hit of every turn, regardless of which enemy unit applies the hit. There is no exception for subs.

Essentially, to sink a battleship unit (which probably represents more than one battleship) you would need to use at least two submarine units and score two hits, the latter being a "one."
