Well, the short answer is 'no'. So far there has been no list announced, although some individual ships have been confirmed. Look for one of many, many Set II threads (or one of two or three 'comprehensive' Set II threads) and you can get of idea of some of what's coming.

By the bye, where did the March '08 date come from?

The official date is July, 2008. And while there's no official list, the items I've posted in the front of the Comprehensive Set II thread are confirmed by design team statements, so it's very very unlikely if they decide to scrap a leaked ship.
