Question on Miracle cards such as "Blood Coats the Land" and "The Young Grow Old"...

When a card says to take away one army from every territory on a specific continent (or the board, or whatever), I assume that that includes *every* territory, including the armies of the person playing the Miracle Card? My opponent didn't think so, but reading the words literally makes it sound that way.

I think so. That has scared me from using those cards when I owned all of Germania but with one or so pieces per space.

YES (that is true)...this would mean "your" regions as well! (This goes same for Risk:2210 as well!)
