I've got a question regarding territory cards referring to Atlantis. If the continent has been sunk, should we disregard its territory cards in the deck? A few cards (eg: Paradise is Lost) require you to draw a card from the deck, but if the continent is gone, should we draw another card or ignore the effect? Similarly, what about the Death card causing damage to a particular continent (Blood Coats the Land) - if Atlantis isn't there, should we just reroll or count it as a lucky escape?

It's a lucky escape. The effect is similar to drawing a card that kills all the armies in an unoccupied territory. It just happens, and you move on.
