Ok i´ve already found at the FAQ section that in case i start my new empire in a land that has been already ocuppied by other empire, the forts and the cities placed there simply dissapear, but what happens when there is a capital?

In the FAQ section says that the capital will be reduce to a city (this in case my new empire doesn´t has a capital), but in the case that my new empire has a capital?. What would happened with the existant capital degraded to city, does it dissapear too or in the same territory could be placed both the capital degraded (now a city)and my capital of my new drawn empire card? Is this possible?.

And one more issue, do a capital brings bonus to the defender in case he is attaked by other player or the bonuses for the defender are only from difficult terrain acces and forts?

Thanks in advanced

Only one city/capital unit per space is allowed. In your case, the city unit disappears, and only the Capital unit exists.

When would this occur? I haven't played HotW in a while.

It doesn't happen - in the official rules.
It might happen in my Advanced rules, however.

As for Solid Snake, he must've been on the jungle juice. :p
