If you fly a bomber and a fighter over a AA gun, who picks the casualty? the attacker, or defender.

I guess what i'm saying is do you roll one dice for each plane one at the time or all dice all at once?

Defender picks the casualties. Note that A&A Revised separates AA rolls against fighters and bombers.
