I know this is perhaps a trivial question, cause the rules are already clear, but I need to be sure!
If Germany conquer Moscow it takes along also the money Russia has in its pocket, right! But if Russia the next turn liberate its capital it will take at the end of its turn the money from the territory it holds, just to give it next German turn back again in the pockets of the nazis????
So, Germany will earn 18+ IPC's every turn it conquer Moscow? That's not really fair, cause Germany didn't actually hold all Russian territory but it will take all the money from them...

Please give me a confirmation ASAP

This will continue to occur, as long as Germany is able to 'recapture' the Soviet Capital! One way around this is to get rid of any potential German forces that can accomplish this on THEIR Turn. You should get assistance from the OTHER Allies to help in 'holding' onto the Soviet Capital by possibly having them send whatever aid they can on their turn. They could also divert the German's attention by Invading along the Atlantic or Baltic coasts somewhere, to cut off the Germans or force them to 'fall back' to defend Germany proper itself. Remember, if they happen to 'Capture' the German's Capital, then they'll be getting ALL of his 'money' too!

I only wanted to be sure, now the only three surviving Russian Inf don't go back anymore to take Moscow, their defend China...
