If I remember correctly I use to play against somebody oversees and we determined if your unit got a hit by if a stock in the stock market went up or down. The stocks were determinded before the game. You picked about 10 stocks, and each one would represent a unit that you attacked with. It worked out very nicely.

Nuclear,
Up for an email game with me on MapView?
No stocks, we'll use the online dice roller.

First off, I do not have an online dice roller, and I have no idea how one would work without allowing one to cheat by simplying just rerolling until, they got the results that they liked.

Nuclear, with an online dice roller, the result of the roll will be sent to BOTH player at the same moment! So, you cannot cheat!!!
(You don't get the roll if you don't give the email of your opponent in the field, try it!)

Well the one for axis and allies revised doesn't work. I get a 404 error, anyways I tried the Axis and Allies Europe one, and it seems to work ok. Though if you are stating which area you are attacking, which is the one that the Axis and allies Europe one lets you enter in, then I do not see a point in having to use map view, when one could simply move his or her pieces on the board.

"Why not use the Board Game...?"
Are you making a joke?
If not, then you don't understand the flexibility of the Mapview game and the Computer Age.
MapView + online dice roller makes the game easy, fair, & flexible.
You don't understand about links, so youprobably don't understand the MapView program, and you seem to be adverse to learning it. Youalso may be adverse to testing your a&a skill online (but that's normal).
I told you I would go through a mock-up game with you if you'd like to give it a try.
People play with the computer aids because its BETTER. We are not all stupid, cheating, mistrustful drones that don't know how to play.

Ok, I am willing to play against you, if you wish to do it without Mapview, since I still have no idea on how to use it. Also what rules are we going to play by, and who is going to be who?

my email is PAGAN@starmail.com
we can only play with MapView.
Not being able to use MapView vs. not wanting to learn MapView are two diffeent things.
I will walk you through the game we will be playing.
Send me an email to set up a game with me., and for ease of the tutorial we will use the 'out-of-the-box' rules for AAR.

Well right now I have to download MapView again, due to the fact that my sister deleted it by accident on me. With Dial up, it will take sometime. When I get done downloading it, I will need help on how to use it.
