It's been a good 6 or so months at AH Board, but I feel it's about time for me to hang up my keyboard and explore other aspects of life. Grognads, Zombie, Selinker, and that other guy, I am joining the ranks of you.
It's not that the board's aren't fun, but I feel too much of a thing can easily become bad. I never realized how many of my posts took a good 15 minutes to write. 15 x 2,000 is a lot of minutes... good thing my phone bill was only that high once! Well, I wont leave for good, I will come back maybe once a month to see whats new, or maybe even post a new Series Creation, but I feel I had enough of the boards.
It was fun being a jerk on purpose, just to **** people off. I will miss that. Hell, the moderators burned me a few times for it, including my latest "Cease and Desist" order from some moderator a week or two ago.
DocD, DocS, Joe, Vollick, Sinister, Nuclear, nerdx, Masterhawk, and some others, I will miss you guys. I hope everyone reads what I wrote about everyone, not just themselves... your in for a surprise or two (hmm... wonder what I wrote about nerdx...)
DocD, I remember how you were one of my first friends on this site, and how we got into heated arguements, only to laugh when the other found out it was a joke.
DocS, I remember your tips you gave me during my "Grudge Match with Joe", even though I am now officially blaming those tips on my loss. Hah...
Joe, you were a worthy adversary. Enhanced was never that bad, even though I still like revised most of all. Of course, just because I am complimenting, I do not think it is perfect! And that grudge match was fun for me to lose on purpose. Yeah, I threw the towel. Don't ask why... if you want to claim you beat me when I was playing at my best, you can. It doesn't matter much.
Vollick, you were a crazy guy. Enough said. Good work on your projects though.
Sinister, you were often the first guy to test out my games, so I am thankful. Even though I stirred the pot of Avalon Hill at times, I did so with respect. Your a good mod.
Nuclear, it seems your a new guy, and your doing a good job so far. I think you may be the heir to my throne, haha.
nerdx, you were a funny guy. A hated guy, but a funny guy, and you were a good kid (haha, I sound old saying that). I am not nerdx of course. There would be no need for me to hide it anymore, after all, so I can tell you straight and simple I am not him. I still say he was funny though.
Octavian, I left you out of the list up there, out of pure lazyness. You were pretty cool though, even though I am convinced YOU are nerdx. Hah...
But most of all, I would like to say goodbye to MasterHawk. Saying bye to him is like saying bye to a part of myself.....................................
