I just wanted to post that the same ambigious 'problem' of defining territories affected by the Non-agression NA is also present in the Atlantic wall NA:

"2. Atlantic Wall - During any amphibious assault against a gray territory, all your infantry defend on a 3 during the first cycle of combat. "

In this case the same interpretation is applied, meaning "gray territory" means originally gray (colored gray on the board), not any German controlled territory

i did bring this up in the colour discussion. as well as radar in tan territories, lend-lease in red territories, and the most dramatic impact of most powerful tanks in red territories.

So having been away from the forums for a few months, am I to gather that A&A:Enhanced v1.3 is now the game to play?

More importantly is there a low-luck server for it :D

Hey roll, what's up.

I know CJ is busy and should be along shortly to clarify this too.

According to my understanding of what his goal is, I would say yes, he intended for color to mean color and not control.
Please let me know if I can be of any more service to you and fellow enhancers.:)

AllWeNeedIsLove was more thorough than I regarding the rules with the same issue, which should all be applied in the similiar fashion (original territory color)

On a side note, have you played CJ yet (the A/C versus ground unit debate)?

NO, unfortunately I have not put the Master in his place yet.

I am in the process of getting triple A on this ole computer. If it works, I will inform the world of the titantic battle of wills that should soon follow.

So stay tune true believers!

Hey DY, glad to see you're back :)

I will have the A&A: Enhanced 2.0 Final version out this weekend

I've been crazy busy so I haven't had time to build a dice server yet. I have put out an open offer recently of a small amount of cash for anyone willing to design the roller. A low luck option would be nice too and I think would be the ultimate strategic game.

We also play were it is always Germanys Europe starting countries (the dark grey ones) When we play with a map that I got from here, Italy is Independant of Germany, but goes at the same time. They do not get to us this NA.

Who needs low luck, Dice have been good for a month now. Well except against C_J in the DAAK tourneyment.

But i just took A_R to town in our FTF game we are still playing.

It is an enhanced 1.3 game
how about showing zip files of the other Revised games we have played where I am 3-0 as allies against ya gonna be 4-0 soon)?

I guess if I take 55-45% win chance battles and win them with the outcome in the 4% range for me, I would show people as well.........

I am now 3-0 with the Axis. But I think its more about the new gameplay options, rather than my skill.

I hope you do beat me in our game Axis_Roll. I am trying all the NAs and I want to see what works against what.

I won't feel comfortable until I think i've seen it all, and that requires me LOSING.

If you don't get 4% outcomes in battles, then I will have a chance....

Try low-luck and then you won't need to fear those pesky 4% outcomes any longer.

It's good for your heart, good for your fist and good for your desk.

I can go for bad dice against me, cause I know they will go for me (most likely) later in the game.

but when I've been on the bad end of 3 big battles, it's kinda hard to take that. That should not have happened in only 6.5 rounds.

I don't want to sound like a dice whinner, as I am still in the game mainly because I am the allies... but it sure makes things hard when so many abnormal key dice rolls happen in so short a time.

Pagan,

I'm doing the best that I can to end your winning streak!!! The dice have been mostly kind to me so far.

I played in a FTF game over the weekend at a hobby shop. It was supposed to be a tournament, but we decided to play A&A: Revised on the stainless steel board I received at GenCon. We played a 5 player game that lasted 10 hours without any breaks. The other players all agreed it was the most enjoyable A&A game they'd ever played.

Good luck and good gaming,
Tom
