When the Spider eats the traitor (if you're playing with fewer than five players), does the Spider count as the traitor? Because the first game I played, we got this scenario (there were three of us), and my brother (the traitor) was replaced by the Spider. He came after me, but got trapped on the second floor, because I took the Elevator down, the stairs back up hadn't been discovered yet, and the rules said monsters couldn't discover new rooms. So once I escaped back down, there was no way my brother could win, and it was kinda pointless. Help?
