Snowboarding....

Anyone else here like/love snowboarding? I was a skier for years before I tried boarding, and I caught on quite fast... this is my second year, and I'm one of the better boarders at King Pine (the mountain my brother and I go to every week) :D. Come to think of it, anyone here live anywhere near KP? Maybe some Monday we could meet up there, do a little boarding, etc., etc. :D

Now I'm married to a lady that doesn't want to do anything like that. :(

But at least I still have the memories. :D

I ski, and I tried to do some snowboarding too, but I nearly got killed.

Yeah, when I started boarding I was in very large amounts of pain for a while... had trouble sleeping at night, what with the bruises. But it's worth it :D.

But now it seems you're overruled by the mrs! :eek: My world is falling apart, I looked up to you man! You reached the milestone of 1,000 posts! Not skiing because of a woman? What has the world come to!!!! :(

I leave the mrs (mrs Doorvrouw (Dutch for Doorwoman)) at home and still go skiing twice a year! :cool:
A typical Doorman-line: "You don't like skiing? Then stay here and clean the house!"
A typical Doorvrouw-reply "Something struck your head honey. Let me fix it with this fryingpan". :D
