Homebrew Problem

How many different 'homebrews' will be coming into this room?

Avalonhill has alot of games..... this could get ugly very quickly...

The one thing can do since 80% of all homebrew is A&A is keep this for just A&A. Everyone else please chime in.

put it in the AA threads.. I can handle hombrews of pacific, europe and all the A&A threads, I just don't want to start getting massive infux of games like RISK or the scary Haunted Masion... Ohhhoooowwwooo

If you are going to have a Homebrew then I would say that this would be a good idea for it. One for A&A and one for the rest of the games. :)

My feeling is for AA only, but since AA will dominate anyway, it may not be worth the mods' time to move everything again.

Why are you doing this? it is like splitting the community. 2 boards to look at etc.

It will be two boards to look at. The important thing is that information is now sorted so that people visiting the boards aren't confused by 10 different rule sets. Now in homebrew:

1. You KNOW your looking at alternative rules and maps
2. It's sorted by abbrivations to make information easier to find.

I realize that this is change and some people may not like it but such is the case with any type of change. I'm asking everyone to roll with it. If it proves disaterous have faith that your friendly neighborhood moderator won't leave you high and dry.

That said a A&A home rule site makes sense. That way I do not have to dig thru all of them to find other games. NO matter how hard I try, the WW2 games just do not thrill me due to the theme. WW2 has always been something taboo in my family since so many members were killed and maimed. Lost 5 uncles and 1 maimed, also 3 cousins and 1 grandfather.

I would want a site for all other games, since my interest lies there with new RISK ideas, Battle Cry, Shogun scenarios and such.

It should just be for Axis and Allies games. There should be another one for all the other games too though.
