Refer to the thread "Unbeatable Grudge Match II". I would like to show a pic of the board at the end of round 9.

One last post.
This is a picture of the German front BEFORE my strategy kicked in. This was round 6 I think.
Right before the German Combat Movement... heh heh...

Quite the feat... care to tell how you did it, I think I missed a step or two ;).

This isn't exactly the way I thought the German defenses would be softened up before the US could attack......

We need more pictures before we can comment here. For example, it could be that there were 20 Japanese tanks in china on R5, but the crappy small pictures didn't catch them.
My initial comments are: When this "softening up" attack took place, was the intent to take the German capital? Is there anyway that y'all could create a Mapview with the board so we could see the whole thing? This game does look mighty peculiar.

Yup, I needed Berlin IMO. Series took Moscow on G5 and I could not block his *** armour.
For standings just before he took Moscow see my most recent pictures in grudge match II thread.

Yeah, those 10 Japanese Tanks and i think 8 aircraft really did a number on you. Of course, the crowd is probably still wondering how I did it. The strategy is a beast my friends, the strategy is a beast. I can now confidently say that it's much better to stick to my original strategy, UNLIKE what I did playing against AllWeNeedIsLove.

But it has been proven that I won. Everyone said it wouldn't work, but I pulled it off. Hahaha. And don't worry I'd be willing to do it again...

And you lost.
Now who deserves the ribbing?

no, AllWeNeedIsLove smacked Series about running his unbeatable strategy already.

I think this is the real question, Me262, having played against Series this game. Knowing what he has done...do you think you could stop him in a 2nd match? That's the true test of a strategy...it's quite possible Me262 just didn't see this one coming whereas perhaps another player would...

i won tho
and me and allweneedislove didnt finish yet- the board looks similar to the board with me262 before i laid him to waste in some aspects. And me and me ARE going to rematch!

Oh and btw, this is my second win with people from the boards with this strat. So if I lose allweneedislove, i will still have 2 wins with 1 loss with the strategy, and seeing how it's still in testing with some parts...
then again, i was "going" to lose vs. me262 as well! :D

series, if you potentially want to take me up on playing out Me262's position from the end of Round 5 pics that you posted initially a while back, post a comprehensive map or convert the game to Mapview. After hearing the clarification that R5 did indeed mean the end of the round and not Russia's turn 5, that makes me really want to see the rest of the board. I'm not asking you to reveal a single scrap of strategy here, just let me know if you want to either A) play a new game vs me. and/or B) finish out the game from Me262's position at the end of round 5.

I really would like to see the map, so I could determine whether challenging you so you'll get rid of your current sig would be a good option. Of course, I understand that if you pulled off an against the odds Moscow attack (Me262 posted that Russia won 8 out of 10 vs your attack by his simulations) and the Allies got butchered going after Germany (Me262's posted results of his Berlin assault) that you may be reluctant to state you got lucky right now after you are (rightfully) pumped up about winning against the odds. Time will tell; I'm certainly not going to begrudge you being busy with your posting and school right now. I'll bide my time, for now...

In Triplea, series will conveniently wait until your turn begins then start to distract you with other stuff like "hey, you ever hear of this band... ?" I've seen it... it's all part of his "master plan", I know it is. ~ZP

Moscow was against the odds. Getting butchered at Berlin was a sad thing, but my mistake. Could have seen that comming, I guess that one was not against the odds, I just screwed up there. As I said too, everything I did after the fall of Moscow was bad in retrospect.
The tiny picture Series posted in this thread is not round 6 BTW, it is after Russia turn 5, so just before Germany started the 5th turn.
Series won the game. He just played better and made fewer mistakes than I did I guess. End of story.

well I don't really keep track of what time it is during a game. I posted that it was G6, it was G5. So?
But about Germany, the British were expected to lose the invasion pretty much, but the Germans were expected to take more Casaulties. And sure, the Moscow invasion was in favor of Russia, but if you think about it:
1. Germany survived with a single armor unit. That's not a grand victory or anything like that.
2. Japan could have took Moscow next round anyway, but it may have been more difficult.

See the thing is, I asked originally whether the posted pics were after round 5 or Russia 5, and was told that there were pics after round 5. Now I am told they were after Russia 5, hence I post that there is a big difference.
