We're having an argument about the sea zone off of India. My buddy says that French Indochinna has direct access in the very NE corner of this sea zone. I say, if you look at the line, it is clear that all of that sea zone is intended to be India's and French Indochina has access only to the sea zone to the east. Opinions? (you'll have to check your game board - I can't remember the # right off hand).

SZ 35 only touches India, and SZ 36 only touches FrenchIndoChina. It they intended such access as your friend suggests, they would make it much easier to see as in how SZ 60 and 62 touch Buryatia, agreed?

Well said, axis_roll. Basically, as a general rule, I would say that if you have to swint and measure to see if something might touch then it doesn't.

Yeah that's what I thought too, if that's what they intended it'd be much easier to see. By the way, M Cotton, nice push on the G n' R / Cool hand luke.

thanks fellas
