Article great for AIW

The new Panzerblitz article is great - I'll have to pull out Arab Israeli Wars...

Was a point cost table ever assembled for AIW? I'm not familiar with one. It would be easy enough to build a rough table using the formulas, but AIW has some unusual unit types in it that would seem to skew the values. Even having morale on infantry makes it tougher to assign fair values. If such a table exists or someone knows how to create it, I'd like to add AIW values to the article.
