War & Peace - missing rules

I have a prisine copy of War & Peace - I seem to remember enjoying this game. Unfortunately, my archaeological excavations have not unearthed the RULES - I have everything else!

Does anyone have an electronic copy of the rules, or know where I can get a paper copy?
