20) Can you deploy one unit on a base and, on the same turn, redeploy another unit onto that same base?

My Ruling: No
There are restrictions on how many units you can “deploy” on a base, but not on how many you can “redeploy.” However, redeploying “counts as deploying 1 unit from your branch.” Does this mean that redeploying counts toward the deploy limit? I say yes.

I've wondered about this one myself. If you let multiple redeploying units go to the same base, you could really abuse redeployment.

Also, the only difference between deploy and redeploy is where the unit is located initially.

So for game balance, I'd say no.
