I dunno. That sounds very suspiciously like an Urban Legend, and the pictures are way too unclear to prove anything. Call me a spoil sport, but I don't buy it :D.

It's surely impossible for a chicken to survive after the beheading, unless it's an heavily mutated animal. Surely other animals can survive without their head, like the beetle, but they can't move and they die of starvation.
