look's to me like the product for this game is here in the states and ready to sell...what fantastic PR it would be...if AH released this game EARLY...get it out there AH...and think of the great gamer response and positive press you will get by doing so...

Rick Thornquist's article says this.

"I was able to get in with the first group of press people to see the only copy of the game that Avalon Hill has."

So I am betting they still have some prep work for distribution.

It is already too close for SWM Universe. I'm happy I dropped DDM, but I sold too early to really make the big bucks (I only had the first two sets).

I really wish they could sell earlier. I am heading for the dorm, and gettin gmy shipping address together will take some time.

I have the same darn problem. Then UD comes out in NOV and the 1st AAM expansion comes out in DEC, then the good old holidays :mad: . I'll be broke until Mar06.

I thought that they were going to sell AAM at Gen-Con? Are they selling any at Comic-Con? It could explain why cases have been seen.

Anyway, what is the release date? I have seen August 29 and I have seen September 19.

Sept 16 is what I've heard. Its a Friday and WotC usually does new realeases on Fridays.

i think that december is a great time for them to come out with an additinol expansion set im only 15 so i just have to get presents from my parents and girlfriend but i have been playing axis and allies for 7 years!
