I know there have been a few products made to allow people play by mail etc, but the way some people talk on these boards, they have a hard time finding people to play ASL for example localy because very few people are willing to pay for any software, let alone put in the time to build the rules to allow two players to play against each other online or by mail.
But just to let everyone know, ASL for example has been finished for a free program called Vassal. There are also a number of other games that have been setup to play. You can go into this program, load the game modual that you want to play and you're off and running. I'm sure it won't take long, once A&A miniatures get's released, before you'll be able to play A&A minis online.
