Monster Promo?

Someone on boardgamegeek.com mentioned a SEVENTH monster card being given away as a promotional item at this summer's conventions. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a rumor?

Probably just rumor.

I have been thinking of adding an alien type monster, you know, like what they have in WotW. It would look like a flying saucer or something like that.

Also, how about a tech card for Partisans. They could add +1 to Army or National Guards rolls.
