Is this movie supposed to be about the prison camp raid in the Philipnes depicted in the book "Ghost Soldiers"? If anyone has any info on this i'd love to hear it.

Yeah its about the 6th Rangers raid on Cabanatuan. I fyou google it you can find out a lot about the actors and stuff. It is supposed to be really good, but then again, they said the same thing about Pearl Harbor. My wife tricked me into seeing that war movie. I am somewhat learay of this one.

I watched it on Firday and if you are an old soldier like me than you will get misty eyed. The realism of today's movies are like seeing you memories come back to life.
