missing peices

I just bought the new edition of roborally, got it home, punched all the peices, only to discover I have two hammer bots and only one hulk x90. I live in melbourne, australia. Anyone got any idea of the best way to get a hammer x90? Will WotC/Hasbro send me a new one?

Go to http://www.wizards.com/customerservice and use the "Email Us" Tab at the top of the page. You may have to first create a new login account, but it is worth it as it stores any correspondence that you have with them. Describe the problem to them there. Be sure to include your first and last name, your address information, and a phone number in case they need to contact you for any reason.
