Strike and Fade question

I have a question about the Strike and Fade ability. Does the vehicle shoot and then move before return fire, or does it get fired upon first and then move away?

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that you complete your entire assault phase at once. So if you are the first player that turn, you do your assault moves, assault shots and strike-and-fade actions before the second player takes his assault phase.

Kind of gives a reason to go first in the turn if you win init and have a humber or 222.

Thanks Commissar. That is the way we have been playing Strike and Fade. Makes the scout vehicles quite useful and getting initiative to go first has some more value
now.
