A complete set

Hi All,

Well, I finally completed my set for the Axis and Allies Miniatures. All I had to do was buy 2 starters and 33 boosters. The last two booster which I opened had the last two rare tanks I did not have. How much further are you guys on completing the set?

12 booster.... 1 starter. Only missing 3 Tanks, but i'll buy another case to get them and a bunch of infantry. I'm building also tank platoons so extra tanks are always welcome in the boosters!

24 boosters and 3 starters, missing one tank for one complete set, and 5 tanks for another complete set (damn you, Easy 8, why do you mock me so?)

1 Starter & 18 boosters. I got the last rare (Tiger) in the 18th booster.
I was having horrible premonitions of paying $30 on ebay, just before I saw that Tiger.

After 1 starter and 12 boosters I was missing 3 rares, after another 12 boosters I'm missing 1 rare. Trading for it tonight.

as i have non yet i shouldn't post here, but after my starter, 2 boosters and case actually gets here, if I'm short any i'll just get them on eBay or from coolstuffinc :D

2 starters, 14 boosters and 2 trades allowed me to complete my/sons set. :)

One case - 12 boosters - will generally leave you 3 rares away from a full set. I bought one starter, one case, and two boosters. I was missing the Tiger, JagdPanther, and Renault from the case. I got the JagdPanther in one of the extra boosters along with an extra Croc in the starter. Traded the extra Croc for the Tiger. Still missing the Renault which I will probably get on an auction site for a dollar or two.

2 staters 14 boosters. One 3for1 trade (in my favor) and two ebay purchases to complete my set. I did purchase more on ebay but only to fatten up my pazergrenader troops hehe.

My two cases and one starter came in yesterday. - completed my set - the last booster had the one tank(PanzerIIAusf.C) I needed. Very pleased with the pulls.

I need the French Renault and the British Crusader II.

Whereas the French Renault is relatively weak for a tank, it is reasonably priced, and I believe in the grand spectrum of distribution is among the rarest of the rares. The same could be said for the Crusader II, however, it is not as weak an armored unit and I don't believe it to be as rare in terms of distribution as the Renault.

*Weeps* Four boosters. Two Renaults. (And one Ha-Go. And one Carro Armato. At least I got a T-34 in my basic set.)

Yes, I needed to wallpaper my room, and it was the cheapest way, lol. Just joking. Actually, the starters just kind of piled up for me, so I think I got a lot of my rares that way.
