I received my second mail order today and got a tiger tank. As luck would have it the tigers gun barrrel is bent at about a 45 degree angle down and to the right. Anybody have any ideas on how to repair or who do I contact for a replacement. The box wasn't damaged so I don't think its the retailers responsibility.

I am in no way a Doctor, nor have I had the chance to play on on T.V., but I am rather curious that since these are plastic minis, is there a way to heat up the plastic just a tad and then bend it to the right angle (or atleast close to it) with pliers without snapping the plastic? Could that essentially work?

EDIT: if you do try it, do so at your own risk. I'm not 100% sure that it could work, and I don't want to be the cause of a broken tiger tank. :(

yup- gentle heat should be enough to fix the infantry and gunbarrels. The trick is to heat, bend then rapidly cool it in the new shape as this sort of plastic has a 'memory'. People use a variety of methods but warm water should be plenty to do these thinner figures. Boil water, pour in a coffe/tea cup then lower the figure not your finger into the water for 10 seconds, pull the figure out then bend it to shape hold it and lower the figure and your finger into a bowl of cold water.
I also fix and paint minis for a living so this sort of useless knowledge makes up the majority of my day :D
