Multiple Defender Boni?

Hi!

Does anybody know what are the official rulings for multiple defender boni? For instance, if i attack via strait a territory that contains mountains? Just 2 dice for the defender or 3 dice for 2 different handicaps?

How are you resolving this problem?

I think you are misunderstanding terrain bonuses. It is not sufficient that there be mountains in the territory under attack. From the FAQ:

The defensive terrain must lie along the border that the attacker is crossing in order to give any benefit.

If you cross a straight, this is never the case.

You do get the fort bonus in addition to any terrian boni, but there are not any cases where terrain boni overlap.
