Important Question About Board

I have a question concerning the division of the Balkans, Southern Europe and the sea zones in the Med. If you look closely at the board you will notice that the sea zone division between SZ 16 and 14 ends on a peninsula located in the Balkans.

My question is this..
is this sea zone boundary supposed to be in Balkan soil allowing aircraft from Eastern Europe to access sea zone 14 in two moves?

This will have some significant implications on aircraft movement and strategy, as well as amphibious assaults.

The way I see it, it will take you 3 moves to go from EEu to SZ14

DY is right! there is another of these discrepancies at French Indochina and SZ35. As far as I've been able to acertain they are both in error if you attempt to move from that territory to the SZ mentioned. I've fixed both these issues on my map.

Those sea zones lines link up with the double white lines separating territories. (The white line goes all the way to the water.) If it's within a millimeter, it matches up. So sea zone 14 doesn't connect to the Balkans, and sea zone 35 doesn't connect to French Indochina.
