Superior Camoflage V's Blast.?

If a sniper with "superior camoflage" is in the same hex as a another unit.
What happens when a SIG-33 uses "Blast" to fire at the other unit (range:4). Will the superior camoflage prevent the sniper being attacked by the Blast...?

No. The sniper's superior camouflage does not protect against Blast, as long as there’s another unit in the hex that can be the sIG 33’s target.
