Guys, the game is already having a few difficulties for the Axis with their costly and powerful tanks,(tigerI 63,panther 49)

So,should super heavy tanks be included?Say,the t-28/95,Maus,IS3-5
Or the Jagdtiger,SU-152,Longtom 155(okok,I know these are not tanks, but they would be uber costly!!So how would they be involved in the game?)

This game is going to grow, and like the star wars stuff. I will bet that they WOFC will even get into carriers, battle ships ect. It will expand well beyond the base set and our four small maps.

You shouldn't have trouble fielding a reasonable army around a panther.

High cost tanks are not a problem in high cap games such as 300 which I play 90% of the time. But we limit 150 pts. to vehicles

Theoretically, any correctly costed unit should be useful. But certainly I think we'll find more use for the higher cost units in higher point games and when we can support them with some low cost effective armour (difficult for the Germans so far).

Unlike DDM and SWM where a higher point piece tends to outclass an equivalent group of lower cost pieces (I know this isn't always true...but from my experience it generally is), in AAM the higher cost pieces can be overcome more readily with good tactics. The extra movement only phase also brings in new dynamics that we'll never see in DDM and SWM. So again, if we can rely on the 'costing', I believe that large units can and will play a significant roll.

Having said that though... one or two per set would be plenty.

Well I think we will eventually see the Jagdtiger, an SU-152 and maybe a Longtom (that if is artillery is developed).

As to super heavy tanks (the Maus and its ilk) to see these included in a "what if" scenario. The British Black Prince, Tortoise and the American M6A2. I think it is possible if AAM goes on long enough.

At some point I expect to see the US M26 General Pershing introduced.

Of course super heavy tanks would be tremendously expensive and not worth the points compared to cheaper and more numerous alternatives.

We will never see ships (apart from Landing craft) in the same scale as AAM.

If it was devleoped durring WW II it should at some point be included. But before that happens we need more basic AFVs. This game has little to due with accurate fighting in WW II, so far it is just simple ( at this point ) fun. I for one play the axis and would love to see the Maus, e-100 series, JagTiger ( awesome AFVs) and others .
I would at some point even like to see german rail guns and some ME 262 to chew up the allied planes.

Rejioce Ben,the m26 Pershing will certainly be included, since it was considered the same class as kingtiger and IS-2.
Though not much battle was seen by it,it did fairly well by the end of the Europe war, only one was destroyed by a German Nashorn at 500m.
It had a low propulsion 90mm gun that was very stable even while moving,so precision targeting could be its ability in game. It had considerable speed for a heavy tank, all in all it faired very well against tigers and panthers.

I'm curious how would it fair against the KT and IS-2.
