Hi,
Thanks for the Pdf file, great too see you put it out so quickly so exscuse me for being cheeky and wanting more.
Could we please have some terrain hexs with roads on tem as already asked, and possibly if it is not too much trouble a file of just clear hexs.
Thanks Mark

Well as Pacific War lover, I want more Woods (jungle) and Marsh hexes and some beach hexes as well. Oh, and how about hexes to make an airfield?

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the info on Combat Zone, the new scenario, and the tiles; you rock!
While more tiles would be really good, I'm kind of glad we didn't get them all at once. Now we have something more to look forward to, and a chance for those out there wiht Photoshop skills to have some fun ;) . That being said, I like all the suggestions for extra tiles that have been made so far...
Thanks again for your hard work,
Redgar
That's great, but when our store bought the combat zone package, we found it almost completely useless. We'd much rather just play off the scenarios in the book.

Bob,
Reluctantly I have been following along this new line of "Axis & Allies," even bought a couple of starters & boosters. Initially when I pulled out the super ugly Tiger I with the rat like turret, I kinda turned on the super critic. Through some time, some gaming, and seeing all the resources put into the success of this new game, brand naming "Axis & Allies" as a "war gaming" type of series in any media, like boards, pc game, cards / collectibles at least keeps things going and fresh.
I hope to see more Axis & Allies "things," as it is easy to use the infantry from this series for pretty slick looking infantry for your Axis & Allies board games.
I also hope WotC will pretty up the ugly units as addressed on this series. Keep things in scale, along with a demand in "Highest Quality" for the value.
For my tastes, I prefer laminating my game boards, the new tiles as well I will laminate, hoping for more variations as suggested by the fans on this thread. I can cut the new tiles out, and use regular scotch tape on the bottom to secure them on the laminated main boards. Others should be allowed to post them (tiles) as well.
This one thread; providing alternate tiles gave me a different appreciation for this series. I was just thinking about something better like that last night, the coolness of tiles in this game similar to memoir, then low and behold, today I see this thread. I completely enjoy the senerio articles, really a nice touch, and has assisted in my change of heart and support.
My day job includes supporting a hospital application, and like anything else, the more resources for something new, the better. During our last major upgrade, it was easy to see the success verses failure, the more you put in the more you get out. Its similar to what I am seeing with Axis & Allies. It comes down to this. If you want a larger basket, you better buy a lot of eggs...
Looking forward to the Series II set, and more to come.
Cheers!!
