I'm new so I don't have many mini's but Give me some advice... Please??? :)

Get rid of the M18 Hellcat and Jeeps, add Red Devil Captain and another Sherman. With the current maps and starting positions you don't need transport unless you are going for a trick army and you are not.

Your Garands will not be used to their full potential without a commander. You will get more mileage for 1 more point with a third Sherman over the Hellcat.
