Where is it stated the a Pak 38 can not fire from a 251?

2nd Question
You have 2x 251 one with a Huapsfurrer on board and one with a KAR 98 abourd.
They are next to each other.
The 251 with the KAR is Disrupted.
Do you remove the Disruption Marker at the Start of your move from the KAR?

Page 31, in the glossary entry for "Transport."
Transport Vehicles can't carry Soldiers with the subtype "Artillery."
From that same rules section --
If the transport Vehicle is disrupted or damaged, any Soldier on it is unaffected.
The Haupsturmfuhrer's commander effect doesn't extend to the vehicle, and the soldier isn't disrupted by an attack against the vehicle, so the officer will have no effect in this case.
