Sorry if this was already posted :o but I did see some new info that I thoght was so cool...
there is a japanese type 97 te-ke tankette (picture of it is shown in the mag).
They have a picture of the russian sniper called RUSSIAN FANATICAL SNIPER.
There is a SS hunter unit with old superior camouflage. THere is also a pic of a chinese unit that cost 2 pts. and is called Chinese kuomintang riflemen who is destroyed if he has a face up disrupted counter. THere is a amphibious vehicle and the ***. M24 Chaffee. a pic of the King Tiger! is also given there is more but I am lazy to type it all :o
Can you post the pictures here?

There is no stats for the sniper but the King tiger stats is
def. 8/6
71 pts.
superior armor 2
att. (7/7/6) (18/15/13) ext. range 12
the type 97 te-ke cost 9 pts. 2/2 def. 4 speed and has a att. of (5/0/0) (6/4/3)
They also mention of Indians in future sets as well as some others. I am glad to hear this But I thinnk on the first 3 or 4 sets they should focus on German, Italian, japanese, Americans, French, Russians and brit units

For nine points I hope it has some special abilities to go with those stats. That has to be the weakest tank(ette) in the game.

Should only be 7 pts I believe.

the King tiger stats is
def. 8/6
71 pts.
superior armor 2
att. (7/7/6) (18/15/13) ext. range 12
So how much better is 8 defense from 7? It could be a game breaker. For 8 more points over the Tiger I you also get a bit more range, and +1/0/+1 attack dice and lose Overrun (no real loss there). That 8 front defense could really tip it in Germans favor. I think I want one. Heck, proxy time.

Makes me feel better about the IS-2's cost, anyway.

Chance of damaging a King Tiger from the front, normal results (4+):
11d6 = 1%
12d6 = 2%
13d6 = 5%
14d6 = 9%
15d6 = 15%
16d6 = 23%
17d6 = 31%
18d6 = 41%
19d6 = 50%
20d6 = 59%

Yeah, it was an interesting article (as Stojakovic said, Inquest, not Scrye).
The Russian sniper has the +1 to dice rolls, superior camouflage, and SS hunter - +2 dice against any SS unit. Not as flashy as headshot, but understandable and useful.
Yes - they said that future sets would see non-military units, like French and Yugoslavian Partisans.
I thought the King Tiger was a beast until we saw the Paratroop special ability. Yikes! German armor is going to need bodyguards even when it's far rear of the action.

Hard Charge, SS Hunter---I think the SS Panzergrenadier's glory days are drawing to a close.

Will the Indians be like the fringe in SWM, ie they can fight on either sides. Historically thats what they did so maybe these extra sides might form the fringe!!!!

Cool.
Now I can use my Can-do King Tiger I just picked up. Now I'm ready for the Bulge :)

I'm guessing Indians would be Allies, as I don't think Axis-allied Indians really made any significant difference. However, your point is well taken. The French did fight on both sides (think Operation Torch or the defence of Madagascar). We have an Allied French faction, but will we get a Vichy French faction? Or do we use the current French for both?

Full frontal assault isn't a way against King Tiger, I guess :) Aft armor is still only 7, so I think this one is less pain to kill than the new russian 7/7 -tank. Depending on the situation, I guess.
Btw, what's the chance to disrupt one of these by an US paratrooper? Atk8 from the same hex, I guess it's something like 25%?

Chance of 6 hits with 8 attack dice, standard results (4+) = 14%
Not so great.

The tankette sound just like the Japanese Hi-Go. IT Cost nine but the HaGo has better attack and longer range verse infrantry. Like Pasalades says I hope it has some special abilities or I'm just going to stay with my trusty HaGo.

I would think so. I read a book that had some suff about indians fight along side the brits and the Indian Tiger legion with the germans.

So why is there and aritcle on set two and they are still feeding us two cards a week ?They should at least post the stuff that was in the magazine. You would think the web and message boards could get frist view.
Flank armour is the same as a Tiger-I and most Tigers in aam die to flank shots & close assault.

Tally up the points and it just barely paid for itself. :D

Well you had a pretty tough opposition here! The three strongest tanks of allied forces! (until set 2 comes out that is!)
