This is slightly OT, but I've been struggling to get my hands on Mosin-Nagant infantrymen since this game came out! I knew once I pulled 2x T-34 and 2x KV-1 (in 4 boosters) that I was destined to play Soviets, but then my luck ran out re: common soldiers. Well, when it rains, it pours! I am now the proud owner of 9 (nine!) Mosin Nagant figures, and it couldn't come soon enough (set 2 on the horizon). ZA RODINU!

I have a fair selection of A&AM minis but like you have almost no Russians.
Two commissars, one Mosin-Nagant, no tanks.
I'd really like to try out some Russian scenarios too, so I'll have
to order some on-line. I am hoping there'll be more choices in set II.

I agree but you know what is strange... I bought 3 boosters and a starter and i have four T-34's.
The store where I can buy singles is always out of Mosin Nagant...
I was surprised because it has the be the worst infantry unit in the lot...
I guess Russians purist who want to field all-russians armies are more numerous than I thought...
The store is also out of Arisaka rifles (understandable), Panzergrenadiers (understandable), and SMLE (????)...
Yet, they have all the rare tanks (except the Carro :( )

The Mosin-Nagant have been hard to find in boosters. I have fewer of them than any other infantry. I have tried to buy some off eBay, but they seem to go for a few dollars more than the other infantry.

I have 8 t-34s, 3 Kv-1s, 5 Mosin-Nagant, and 3 commisars so I think I can run a good army out of that selection.

That, and people somehow zoom in when there is less than a minute left in the auction and place ridiculous bids...

EBay is one of the few places that you can be last and still be a winner. It is not how much you bid, but how close to the final second you bid.
