Transport ability

a unit that has transport (i.e. jeep) can have a soldier load onto it during the movement phase (as the ability states)

when can the soldier get off this unit, during the attack phase or at next movement phase??

Boarding and dismounting happen only during the Movement phase. If the soldier uses his movement to board during his Movement phase of turn 2, he can't dismount until his Movement phase of turn 3 or later.
