1/2 Hex (Road/Stream) Clairification

Please clairify:

1/2 Hex roads = Road Hex

1/2 Stream Hex = Clear

You get the benefit of moving on a road if you follow the road into or out of a hex. It doesn't really matter what happens to the road inside the hex. If you follow the road into a hex and then the road dead-ends, you still get the benefit of following the road into the hex. The same thing works in reverse -- You can jump onto a dead-end road and follow it out of a hex and get its benefit.

A hexside that is half stream, half clear counts as clear.
