So can i move into an enemy unit´s hex and have a +2 on each attack dice against disrupted and damaged units in that hex?

If yes...Killer!
If not...Phew!

The answer is ... Killer! SS Panzergrenadiers led by an Imperial Sergeant in a banzai charge against disrupted enemies do indeed get +2 on their close assault dice rolls. Seven dice hitting on 2+ is pretty vicious.
