I hope that you meant during one assault phase and not one turn. According to the rule book if a unit is hit by defensive fire, it receives an immediate face up disrupted counter. This counter is removed during the "next casualty phase." It also states that "multiple disruption results do not add together". If one uses a "hits per turn" vs. hits per assualt phase, then a defensive fire "disruption hit" in the movement phase, followed by a single hit in the casualty phase would "eliminate" a soldier unit since the unit had suffered two hits in one turn, which IMHO is not what the rules state.
