Do these abilities : Banzai charge and Angriff stack?

I'm confused by this; page 29 of the glossary says that command abilities affecting the same stat don't stack. Wouldn't they get +1 to hit and not +2? Can you please explain why this is so.

And well you should be confused! But not nearly so much as me, because you at least caught the mistake. Angriff and Banzai Charge do not, in fact, stack, and I've edited my earlier response to reflect that. Thanks for your vigilance.
