SA: Blast vs. SA: Superior Camouflage

Situation: 1 Mosin-Nagant is sharing the hex with 1 Fanatical Sniper. Brummbar 4 hexes away wakes up and notices the Mosin. Decided it doesn't like a Mosin nearby, and lobs a 150mm round into the Mosin.

Question: Does the Fanatical Sniper takes the SA: Blast attack from the Brummbar's 150mm morning present to the Mosin?

Possible resolution: Rulebook: SA: Can'ts trumps Can's. Thus, SA: Superior Camouflage will trump SA: Blast.

But feels a bit off, not like the Blast is looking for the sniper.. (s)he's just unfortunate to be sharing space with the Mosin. :P So just looking for confirmation.

BTW: Been meaning to ask. Is this forum strictly a one-question-one-answer format or can members discuss questions here?

1. Blast gets the sniper, too.
