New Scenario: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=ah/article/ah20051212c
I also updated the previous scenario in this campaign to get the Dutch flags oriented right and renamed the series "Dutch Indies Campaign"
I'm crazy about the new scenarios and maps that keep coming out. I nearly rush out to get them printed up as soon as they appear. I do have one request, though.
I just don't like "imagining" changes to the maps, or having to adjust the old boards to satisfy the new scenarios. Is there any chance that your expert map makers could make the necessary changes to these maps, such as changing all clear terrain hexes to forest, removing rivers when there should be none, etc., to fit the scenario descriptions? If that's not possible retroactively, no problem, but perhaps in future scenarios?
The benefits would be twofold:
1.) The scenarios would be print-and-play, and I'm guessing more people would play them and download them. A person could print a bunch of the terrain hexes, cut them out and cobble together an adjusted map, but it sure would be cool to have the map all ready to go. I would even opt for fewer new scenarios if the ones you released had the "new" map(s) to accompany them....
2.) Hey, more maps! The changes made to fit the scenario would result in a new map piece that we may be able to use with our other maps. As everyone knows, we all stand around and piece together the maps we do have into myriad configurations...
Anyone else think this would be a good idea?
